Refunds Policy

The website www.youareensured.com (“Youareensured.com”) is operated by YAE Services LLP (“Youareensured” or “us” or “we” or “our”), having its registered office at F2 502, Rohan Abhilasha, Wagholi, Pune, Maharashtra- 412207. Youareensured is committed to providing its customers with the highest quality of services. However, if you are displeased with the deliverables provided, we will refund your money provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation.

Definitions
Business Days: Business Day includes a day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, public holiday, or bank holiday in India or in the state where our registered office is located.

Customer: Customer means a person who purchases goods or avails services available on our website in exchange for money or some other valuable consideration.

Date of Transaction: The Date of Transaction refers to the date on which the invoice of the availed service was generated and includes the date of renewal processed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement.

Website: Website means the website of YAE Services LLP i.e. www.youareensured.com.
Refund rules
At Youareensured, we take pride in the services delivered by us and guarantee your satisfaction with our continuous support. We constantly try to improve and strive to deliver the best estate planning services through the internet. However, in case you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us immediately and we will correct the situation, provide a refund, or offer credit that can be used for future orders with Youareensured.

Every effort is made to service the orders placed according to the specifications and timelines mentioned concerning a service. However, if due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations on our side, the service promised cannot be provided then such an order will stand cancelled and the amount paid by you will be refunded.

Refund shall not be made for a service that has been wrongly placed due to a mistake on the part of a customer.

When a qualifying refund request is made, we may refund the remaining amount after deducting the amount incurred by us in providing the said service.

The refund request shall only be considered once the customer concerned provides a genuine reason along with the production of relevant documents and proof. However, the refund amount will only be released once we are satisfied with the situation after a thorough investigation.

Once qualified, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment mode.
A refund request can be made by writing to us at info@youareensured.com. Kindly mention the reason for asking for a refund along with the annexure of necessary proof and records.

Order not confirmed but amount deducted
A situation could arise in which the amount was debited from your bank account but the order was not confirmed. In such a case, generally, it takes the bank seven business days to credit the amount back. If the amount is still not credited, you are advised to check with your home bank branch.

If the issue is not resolved within seven business days, you may write your query to us at info@youareensured.com.
Exemptions
Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Refund Policy, refund requests may be refused or rejected by us in the following circumstances:-

The customer was already aware or was made aware of the problem(s) concerning the service before the service was availed.

If the service was meant to be a gratuitous service.

If the refund request is made after the lapse of time for making such a claim.

When the service availed depends upon the personal qualifications of a person and status quo ante cannot be restored after the availment of such a service. For instance, after drafting of a will or codicil or issue of probate refund of payment shall not be allowed.

We do not guarantee the results or outcome of your particular procedure. For instance, the Court may reject a will for legal reasons beyond the scope of Youareensured services. In some cases, a government backlog or problems with the government platforms can lead to long delays before your claim process is complete. Problems like these are beyond our control and are not covered by this guarantee or eligible for refund. Hence, rejection by the Court or delay in processing of your file by the Government cannot be a reason for a refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are normally processed within ten business days after checking the veracity of the refund request. The period of refund also depends upon various banking and payment channels, and Youareensured will not be liable for any errors or delays in a refund due to banks or third-party service providers.

For paper cheque based refund, we would need up to 10 business days to complete the refund.

If the standard time frame as mentioned in the above has expired and you still not have received the refund, please contact your credit or debit card issuer or your bank for more information. Refunds will not be processed in cash. Refunds can be processed via paper cheque only in exceptional cases.

If the Credit/Debit card that was used to place the order is no longer active or is expired, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation of Refund Request
A request for refund once made can also be cancelled by contacting our customer care at info@youareensured.com.
Refusal of Refund Request
We solely reserve the right to refuse or reject any request for a refund if such request is not in compliance with this Policy or applicable laws.

Changes to this Policy
If you choose to use Youareensured services, your use and any dispute over refund is subject to this Policy and our Terms and Conditions, including limitations on damages, resolution of disputes, and application of the prevailing law in India. If you have any concerns about the refund procedure at Youareensured, please contact us with a thorough description, and we will try to resolve it. Our business changes constantly, and our Refund Policy will also change accordingly. You are advised to check our website frequently to see the recent changes.

Force Majeure
Youareensured shall not be considered in breach of its satisfaction guarantee or default under any terms of service, and shall not be liable to the client for any cessation, interruption, or delay in the performance of its obligations by reason of earthquake, flood, fire, storm, lightning, drought, landslide, hurricane, cyclone, typhoon, tornado, natural disaster, act of God or the public enemy, epidemic, famine or plague, action of a court or public authority, change in law, explosion, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, boycott or similar event beyond our reasonable control, whether foreseen or unforeseen (each a “Force Majeure Event”).
